Le Mans Virtual Cup - Round 3: Nürburgring Nordschleife Highlights

The third round of the Virtual Le Mans Series Cup was at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, and the Virtual Le Mans Series support category provided a tense race.

The grid is made up of competitors who have entered via the online time trial within rFactor2’s Competition System. The quickest 30 entrants, aka the ‘top split’, then took part in a live race, broadcast after the Le Mans Virtual Series qualifying, using the LMP3 Norma M30 car.

Jimi Nisula won the race, but it was very close, with Ha¶gfeldt in second, Round 2 winner Jonas Bracsok in third and Round 1 victor Luca D’Amelio in fourth. Watch the race highlights and remember, the top two in the overall standings qualify for the 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual in January.

The next Le Mans Virtual Cup race is the Le Mans Finale on 17th December 2021 where the top 30 from the Le Mans Virtual Cup championship so far advances into Split 1.
